“The word co-ordination (or coordination)
originates from the Latin prefix co- (meaning "together" or "with")
and the word ordinatio, derived from ordinare,
meaning "to arrange" or "to order."

"arranging together" or
"working in order with others."

you may notice that moving feels lighter or more natural.

have had some experience of aligning and supporting each other..
they will have had a taste of being co-ordinated…
which helps you with daily tasks like standing up, walking, and bending down.
In short, this lesson helps you discover how the bones in your feet, legs, hips, spine, and even head are linked through the numerous joints that let you move. After doing these movements,
you might feel more balanced,
you might move more smoothly,
and you could find that positions like kneeling or sitting
become more comfortable…
even if you’re not used to thinking about how your skeleton works together.
