Tonight we have another lesson in the standing position, have a chair nearby to rest on if you prefer to sit rather than walk. There will be some lying on your back moments, which means returning to standing. I used to get so annoyed when I heard “come back to standing” after I’d settled in to my Feldy rest period all snug and comfy… now I think of different, quirky Feldy ways to come up to standing and I look forward to hearing those words.

Has me wonder, what are these standing lessons like for you? Do you like them, or prefer the ones we lay on the ground? Or sit? Or do you prefer bridging?
