Tonight’s lesson is a mixed bag with many ways to put our tools from FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO hours into practice. Sounds like a lot doesn’t it? The reality is, that’s 18.41 days when divided by 24 (hours) which is really not a great deal of time to intercept habits… some consolation if you’ve been getting frustrated with the process, and if you are feeling differences - congratulations!

Shifting awareness is a skill, you could think of it as a way to get behind the mind rather than being run by it. Shifting focus to all the different ways we move is a great practice to being present, it gets us closer to the “now”, which many spiritual and somatic disciplines promote for mental and physical well-being. Being run by the mind takes us away from the present moment, often times dragging us in to the past regurgitating memories which we can do nothing about… or throwing us into an unknown anxiety ridden future that fills us with dread.

BEing present invites us to BREATHE with our environment, to be part of this great ocean of nothingness that humans live in… if we were fish this nothingness would be our water.

You might find this interesting:

This information begs the question, how do human BEings fit in an ElectroMagnetic Universe?
