Yes, this lesson is in standing have a chair nearby in case it gets too challenging

It’s an unusual one, I remember doing e thinking “what is this supposed to do??” Until the end when my walking completely changed, my legs felt like they were new, soft yet strong, stable yet flowing.. it was the weirdest feeling.

“The lesson’s title, “Self Organization,”
reflects its ontological aim:
to help individuals discover how their body
naturally finds efficient movement paths,
by experimenting with skeletal connections
—such as how the knee relates to the foot or shoulder to pelvis.
It offers a way to gain confidence in the human body’s innate intelligence,
which can enhance a strong sense of autonomy.”
