We’ve done something like this lesson before - in the training we did a day of them and I was very happy for them to be over even though I found it easier toward the end.
Moshe has said and says again, these four points we keep returning to in the lesson are critical for our balance:
“You might find that if you take care of these four points,
many movements become easy and pleasant to do.
If you do not take care of these points,
it is difficult and dangerous for the body.
You can fall, slip.”
As is with many other of these lessons, while it seems as though it’s about the movement, there are subtle learnings taking place through the process.
