Tonight’s lesson is a beautiful example for how the breath can make a much greater change throughout the BEing than being forceful or wilfull does.
I’m reminded of the fable with the sun and the wind challenging each other to see which element could have the man take off his jacket. The forceful wind only served to have the man knuckle down and do his jacket up tighter, whereas the soft rays of the sun saw the man happily remove his jacket.

“By emphasizing precision over amplitude,
this lesson challenges the habitual assumption
that "more" (effort, range, force)
equates to "better,"
revealing instead that true presence emerges
in the subtle interplay of parts.”
Thank you Nancy for pointing out that there was no sound for lesson #411, I have been experimenting with some software and forgot to plug the microphone back in. Note to self - ALWAYS test the sound Dale!! I’ll record it again tomorrow or Sunday.
