Moshe had a thing about watching mice walk up walls, across the ceilings, and underneath the ‘arch’ of peoples’ backs - which caused a bit of stress for some participants.
Tonight’s lesson is one of a series with this little character:
which looks a little koala and squirrel-ish... she’ll be called Cheeky Mouse for the sake of this lesson and any lessons in the future. This fluffy-tailed tiny little critter will be coming up to say hi, and wanting you to keep your attention on her running up the wall and across the ceiling. Do what you can,
it could mean for you is some (more) extension ‘work’. In previous lessons, Moshe hinted at noticing how weak some peoples’ back muscles were and this could have prompted him to create a little series focussing on extension…. remember, I’m making that up, there’s nobody who really knows what was going on in his thinking… especially now that Mia, his only apprentice, has left the planet.
IF/when the back muscles are unfamiliar with extension… these movements can be challenging, so please do only what you feel comfortable with.
