Tonight’s lesson has us bring our awareness to the breath during soft movements of the toes, the soles or as I prefer to call them, the palms of the feet and the heels in connection with movements of the knees.
The majority of the lesson is done on the back with similar movements on the stomach so that we can balance the front and backs of our bodies for standing upright - perhaps, maybe… why do YOU think this is why Moshe has us do similar movements from different configurations?
