What Grok says about this lesson:
”By practicing these movements with attention to detail and slowness,
you're not just working on physical capabilities but also on how you perceive and control your body, which is at the heart of the Feldenkrais Method's philosophy of learning for transformation.
The focus on the pelvic movement in these exercises helps
with organizing the pelvis in relation to the spine and legs,
which is crucial for maintaining a neutral spine in standing and dynamic activities.
Increased Flexibility:
The movements involve rotating and passing the leg over the opposite side, which encourages the femoral head to articulate more freely within the acetabulum. This can enhance hip joint mobility, reduce stiffness and possibly aid in lubrication of the joint through synovial fluid movement.
Strengthen Joint Stability: By moving through different planes, you're engaging the muscles around the hip in various ways, which can improve both stability and control of the joint.”
I think feeding AI these lessons is teaching it more about what Feldenkrais is, so that people can integrate this method wholistically…. and, with time it will return with benefits that people will find difficult to argue with :)
The other plus side of working with AI is that when people ‘search’ for answers regarding Feldenkrais, then computers around the world will grok what it is and provide more consistent, or realistic answers. People are know seeing that Wikipedia is a centrally controlled service that is run by people with a particular view of the world, one that is far from true. Somebody there had a grudge against this Method which (I think) turned many people away from participating.
Vita, it might be one for your imagination!!!
