Hi everyone, for Myself(dot)Study’s new year, I’ll bechanging the way I work.

Instead of sending the post with the link at 2pm as has been happening, I’ll be sending it around this time - 7.30pm. It works better for me this way, my life is insanely busy right now and will be for the next 10 weeks, this takes the pressure off!

Tonight’s lesson is a classic Feldy and it’s a bendy one which is great for the spine.

“In every good movement,
the large muscles around the pelvis do the work,
these muscles lift the chest and the shoulders.
The muscles of the head are much weaker.
And so, it becomes easier to do these movements.
This is the natural way,

the correct way to do it,

and not to effort with the muscles of the neck or the vertebrae,
and not to wear them out or make them painful.

Then, they refuse to work and it hurts more each time
instead of becoming easier to do.”

Grok is starting to get with the Feldy program :)
