As per yesterday’s post, I gave Marianne the wrong lesson number and she prepared tonight’s lesson so we will all listen to her recording together.


About the lesson, Marianne writes:

“… I felt Moshe inviting me-the-student to quiet my mind and find an inner stillness, so I could explore these unusual movement combinations with an exquisite delicacy and precision.

As the student I was asked to make the distinction between relocating the foot’s position in space, while lying on the stomach by

  1. pivoting at the hip

  2. shifting the pivot point to the pelvis and lower back

It has me wonder how you might experience this lesson if you bring your awareness to your “tanden”- as in lesson #359 “Tanden and bending the knees”.
