Through this second series have not yet talked about the imagination, and I think it’s time to open up the conversation. It *could* be that you’ve started thinking or imagining the shape of different areas of your body, like for example, recently, the ribs. Or, now that we’ve been doing the same lessons for longer periods of time, maaaybe little snippets of the movements are starting to feed into your daily movements as a reminder… maybe, perhaps?
Whether or not you’re fully participating in these lessons, simply *listening* to the recordings can also increase the likelihood that you begin to familiarise your self with the movements.
