Now that we have broken this lesson apart in 6 pieces to focus on different areas, the shoulder girdle (shoulder blades and collar bones, sternum) in different ways, slowly, through the imagination, and with 3 different practitioners… it’s time to bring it all together to see whether these different ways of learning have made any difference to the experience.
