Wise words from Moshe:

“Allow the spine to organise so that you are able to follow what you ask of it.”

It’s another classic Feldenkrais lesson with a twist - now that we have a deepening of our primal lines and ways to determine our length, you might find during this time ‘spent’ with your self that you’re starting to develop a different quality of movement.

perhaps.

For me it’s really hitting home, these lessons really are about the journey rather than the destination.
