Awareness Through Movement #355

We have another little series, this time standing behind a chair, as the title says, bending the knees. And sitting on the chair for rests in between if you prefer not to walk in those periods.

Grok provided the image, and, it says this lesson provides:

  • Enhanced Coordination and Balance

  • Increased Flexibility

  • Improved Muscle Awareness and Control

  • Better Joint Health

  • Increased Body Awareness

  • Promotes Mindfulness and Focus

  • Better Posture and Movement Patterns

  • Eases Daily Activities

  • Reduces Pain Perception

  • Stress Relief

  • Builds Self-Confidence

  • Adapts to Body Asymmetries

It helps refine movement patterns, increase self-awareness, and potentially reduce physical discomfort.

For entertainment purposes only, I asked it to be more specific around the hip joints and it came back with this image - which is diabolical!!

Have no fear these ARTIFICIAL “intelligence” systems have no idea how humans move.
