A very Feldy lesson that really connects in to the power of the pelvis, the largest bone of the human body (although it is a number of bones connected together).

Take your time, if you prefer to rest your upper body in a chair, or a stool - that is completely OK - it is the range of movement that is important. As the pelvis moves from side to side, the vertebrae of the back are directly influenced all the way to the neck… so it is important to be comfortable above all else.
