** Recommendation - you might like to have a pillow or a towel nearby.
In an novel way, this lesson creates a really beautiful head/neck release, which as we know feeds in to the whole system… considering the skull is where most of our senses are housed - smell, sound, sight, taste…. and let’s not forget the fascia that’s wrapped around all of these sensory engines, and the bones, and the veins, arteries, all those delicate cells that can get really tight… or, stuck. The sense of release is well worth the time this lesson takes… +/- 42 minutes if we time it with Moshe’s delivery.
As has often been suggested:
when exploring head and neck connections, move slowly, gently and WISELY. The delicate bones of the neck respond to love, care and respect..
think of how you would hold the head of a new born baby
and remember,
with these movements we ARE newborn babies!
Vita, Asanga I think you’ll really LOVE this one :)
