With this lesson, we are certainly out of the 5 lines series, the people who organised the manuals seem to be making sure we know we’re moving in to a different set of lessons.

You might need a pillow or something for underneath your knees, we will be on all fours (or sixes if you count the feet), exploring different ways to present the feet to the floor which could provide an interesting discussion at the end :)
