A few days ago I posted that the five lines series was over, that was purely because I read the titles of the lessons… I hadn’t explored what was coming.
Instead of those lessons being over, Moshe is inviting us to now bring those five lines into our awareness as we move. He emphasises numerous times of the importance in these particular lessons - that we continually pay our attention to the lengthening and shortening of our lines. I have cut back the (what I felt was OTT - Over The Top) repeated messaging, and yet, you might hear the same information over and over.

This lesson is really NOT about the movement, do as little as you please. It IS important though to hold the toes - that’s where information is shared in our brain from one hemisphere into the other. Diagonals and hand food connection is really important in the growth and development of humans BEing… watch any baby and see how they are constantly grabbing their toes as they learn to be in this world.
