This lesson is wonderful for the shoulders, if you have a history of any shoulder injury it comes with a strong recommendation to go very slowly and do only what you feel comfortable with.
We will be exploring some unusual movements that could easily cause pain if you do the movements quickly or without thinking, so PLEASE, take your time with this one.
A reminder, these lessons are after all to increase our awareness THROUGH movement, and awareness is far greater than the physical. Listen to your SELF through the words that are spoken, we have what is called an internal authority, and it is there to be heard… sometimes at least!
