“because some people didn’t do their homework”
Moshe

(he suggested people do the other side after yesterday’s lesson, so today we’ll be doing that… with a few additions.)

a section from the lesson:
“Slowly let the air come out of the lungs. Be satisfied with what you can do lightly. Whenever you are satisfied with what you can do lightly you can feel where you need to change in order to improve. Otherwise a person simply makes an effort and pulls, doing things that aren't necessary. This can only ruin him. You cannot improve from this. Movement becomes only harder”.

mirror a movement on the other side, feldenkrais, see this is where Feldenkrais is strong in detailing movements.. AI needs details too in words... a skill I’m developing.

There are some great quotes with this lesson, he seemed a bit grumpy, frustrated with people in the class. I’ve removed the grump to read at the end, to get a taste of what a lesson with him was like!
