Ok, so this one could be called a little…. challenging…. like an intense yoga workout. It is recommended to go slowly and do only what you feel comfortable with.

An excerpt from the lesson that may have it make more sense.. Moshe was demonstrating the movements with this lesson - unfortunately there is no video recording to SEE what he was doing… what he says here is not really for the visuals anyway:

“For a moment pay attention to the continuity of my voice when speaking.
If I touch the knee, you do not feel if I touch or do not touch in the speaking.
If I do the movement like this, you feel it in my voice...
also like this...
and the same thing.
If I do the movement downward and I cannot, then it is like this... this also, you feel. Breathing cannot take place without it being neutral.
Before we improve the manner of expression, it is necessary that the skeleton
— the essential part of the movement —
is clear, simple.
Then it is possible to do what we want.
Whoever feels sad... be sad and do it like that.
Whoever feels lax and sentimental,...
do it like that.
Whoever feels whatever...
do it however he wants.
Pay attention to the breathing so it also is neutral.
So there... not be any sudden movement, not in the chest, and not in the stomach.
It is not so simple to make the breathing such that it is done by itself,
without it being influenced by the movement.
This is not easy.
First of all, slowly to listen not to interfere.
Do not do any powerful movement, not in the stomach and not in the chest...
not to take air out and not to bring it in.”
