Training to sit without leaning on the floor, continuation - WEIGHTLESSNESS
It’s so interesting, in the training I really struggled with these lessons and I’m not so sure there was much emphasis on the breathing which Moshe continually reminds people to keep soft and effortless.
Could this be the ‘key’ to making these movements easier?
Something else that came to mind as I was preparing this lesson was the prompt to focus on the organisation, in such an unusual configuration I also remember thinking “are you kidding me?? How on earth can I do that… NOW? Moshe, you’re mad”.
That was back when I was really pushing and forcing an outcome, now that I’m actually listening to what he says, the experience of these lessons are completely different.
Maybe same is true for you, maybe not… and maybe there will come a day that what he proposes comes really easily, for that sense of weightlessness, like water.
