Vita, if you’ve got time in your busy schedule to squeeze in a lesson I think you might like this one, it’s classic Moshe style.

We’ll be rolling our pelvis’s (pelvi?) and sensing through the connection to the head, with a soft breath. With the Mind Body Studies training it was pointed out to me that the bowl of the skull and the ball of the pelvis are connected through a chain of bones that link the two.. it’s been really hard to UNsee.

When I think of my spine this way, it loosens up the two round bits at each end, and has the chain be a little more active, like it’s curious… to see how it can manoeuvre the two bowls, just for fun!

This lesson provides a learning ground to experiment with the way we THINK, imagine, visualise our bodies. As some of these lessons have illustrated, very often it’s our self image, the way we think ourselves that guides our ability to learn.
