Awareness Through Movement #302

You will be on your back the whole time for this lesson, and the invitation is to sense in to what happens through your back as you do these movements. If one side is moving, then very often so too is the other - although with some methodologies people prefer to ‘hold’ or ‘brace’ their core and NOT move. This is how Feldenkrais differs, we invite your WHOLE body to play!

the WHOLE self

A question you’ll be hearing during this lesson “what’s pressing in the ground?”, it’s through the articulation of noticing where-what-happens-as-it-happens that the awareness through movement develops. The more we practice in these lessons, the more likely it is that fine tuning awareness develops into a habit for our whole lives.

Enjoy learning more about your Self and your ability to be aware of how you move through the/your/our environment.

Lesson below, cheers :)
