




as this image shows, each and every one of us have different shaped bones, even though they resemble the same ‘part’. In the two images on the right you might be able to see the hyoid bone which floats in the neck. It’s grabbable if you place the thumb and index finger slightly under the jaw and feel about the width of the vertebrae… you can move it left and right a little bit - just for fun!!
Because we are working with these really delicate bones it is HIGHLY ADVISABLE that you be really gentle with the movements and do only what is comfortable.
The end result is well worth the time and ‘effort’ for this lesson, it serves as a beautiful reminder that we live in ONE system.
