On the side, straightening the leg by withdrawing the pelvis –ROTATION
We’ll be rotating and twisting really gently, as the title says on the side… one side and then the other.
The eyes will be involved, shoulders, torso, pelvis, and the piece that connects us all, the spine… will get a beautiful rotation through all of the ‘discs’.

Imagine all of these pieces twisting and turning one above the other all connected, moving and shaping our bodies to be able to turn, rotate, twist, bend, fold, arch, reach, lengthen, shorten… shift and change our BEingness.
