For me this is one of the key lessons that made clear the power of differentiation. I really came to appreciate the WHOLE physical system of being a human, when I sensed in to how ALL of my toes especially my little ones contributed to keeping me upright, in balance and moving.

when free to roam, our feet provide so many different WAYS to move.

Megan will walk us through this lesson tonight, please be barefoot or wear toe socks for maximum connection with your toes. Bringing our hands and feet together creates a beautiful loop that (re)wires the brain cells, so if you’re thinking this is only for the feet… perhaps also bring with you something that has been puzzling you lately.
