you might agree, it’s an unusual sentence for Moshe to throw in near the end!
We’ll be moving in quite an unusual way (again) with this lesson. Treat it as an investigation, comparing how you move on each side, noticing the different ways you can (re)organise your Self… physically, mentally, through attitude, dropping resistance, moving slowly… using all of your tools…
and quite possibly being delighted with the beautifully flexible spine you’re left with at the end!
