Standing on one leg is a sign of good health - Lymphoedema ...

There is quite a bit of talking in this one as he sets people a mission to learn something new. To give you a taste of what’s to come, here are a few small parts of what he says:

“Then standing is unsure, because the muscles that are holding weight cannot correct small mistakes of standing. The moment you begin to fall, you must fall. This is not so only if the joint is completely free and the centre of gravity is at its highest point. For this — we want to do this. We want to learn to distinguish how not to hold the pelvis — not low on this side and not low on that side — but rather to hold it at some place like this where there isn’t any problem of holding. Then it can stand.”

“It is better to fall to the side.
It is better to make all of the possible mistakes except to deceive oneself”.

“The vast majority does a hundred times more than is necessary”.
