“Do this movement such that it is accepted by the knowledge of the laws of physics —that the foot, the front part, is heavier.
If there weren’t any muscles holding from behind,
it would fall toward the face”.
“You see it is not necessary to train at hopping to be able to hop better.
It is necessary to learn to take away the disturbances.”
“When that muscle stops working you can hop ten times higher
than what you can hop now….
Do it as slowly as possible until it is become aware of how the gastrocnemius muscle behind works in the most idiotic way possible.
It works so hard that it is lifted up to be straighter than the other.
The intention of this lesson is to learn to differentiate until this stops occurring.
Bring your awareness to how the foot is stretched as if you are jumping in the air.”
With this lesson (if you haven’t already started to put the pieces together) you may begin to realise how Moshe thinks from a bio mechanical perspective. You’ll get to experiment with the difference between pulling and falling… in a way you’ve probably rarely thought. And once these differences are discovered, the question could prompt thinking for these distinctions in other ways… maybe, perhaps.
Or maybe you’ll learn something completely different again about your Self.
Here’s YOUR lesson :)
