Now we switch gear into something a little more… fun.
How can we make this movement just as fluent and beautiful. If you’re anything like me there was very little grace in my first hops during this lesson, it definitely wasn’t fun… until it was!
Some Moshe gems from this lesson:

I’m saying it again, because if you’re anything like me, it took at least 500 times before these words really sank in:
“take it slow”,
“breathe”,
“pay attention”, or,
“bring your awareness to”…
