We continue working with the head, neck and shoulders however in a very different format, lying on the stomach with some very different movements to what we have been doing over the last few days.

and all of these movements keep this bright yellow area nice and juicy rather than stiff, stuck and tight.

If you think about the most common way people sit with shoulders rounded forward, tailbone tucked up - in the fetal position… then using the ground to reverse that can provide great relief to the vertebrae, muscles, ligaments, tnedons and discs.

It’s really only a short interruption in the day to straighten out the matter.
