If you have trouble sitting cross legged, Indian Style, please have a cushion or a book to sit on.
This lesson is a beautiful release of any tension in the shoulders, neck, spine, jaw and… head. There are quite a few variations in these really gentle movements and you are invited to take your time, take pauses whenever you need and come back to the movement.
It’s a bit like a moving jigsaw puzzle with all of the directions, and the end result is delicious!!!
