“The whole lesson is intended to make a difference in what you feel from one side to the other.

Left brained ...

The learning comes from the contrast.

It does not need to hurt to do a movement with the arm.
It only hurts with shoulders and a back that are not okay.
The person does not know how to control his body like with .incomplete sentence.
What is the difficulty to lift the arm and do a movement with it?
If the head is here or the head is there — what is the difficulty with this?
Now, if I plan an entire lesson to make a large contrast so the person will distinguish where he isn’t okay — and with this, if afterward you mix up the whole thing — well then, this is called, “to become loose or released.”
A released or loose person does not know how to do anything because a loose person lies like a drop of castor oil on a floor. That is all.
How is he loose?
How is he released?
It is impossible to become loose.
It is only possible to be organized.
In standing, a person can be organized, but not released.
He cannot become released from gravity and the muscles in the body still need to stand. They need to stand easily.
And, it is not such, if to lift an arm and to make a movement with the head is like the crossing of the Red Sea and afterwards, you need to loosen or release the arms. So, that is not released or loosened up.
It is nothing.”
