Where do you think your hip (joint) is?
Moshe’s intention with this lesson is to have you be a little clearer on the location of the joint, and how it bends. Unsurprisingly, he has a few unusual moves to assist us make this discovery.
What I’ve added is inviting you to touch the area at the beginning and then again at the end to find out if anything changes… and Vita, well, everyone… it could be a great idea to organise going for a walk afterwards, you might get lots of treats because you’ll be floating like a ghost!
