There are very few images that illustrate how our muscles connect in diagonals to assist us turn and rotate, I found this however it’s not really showing how I’m thinking to explain a bit of tonight’s lesson to you:

It comes with a reminder that when you move through one side, bring your attention to HOW you do it so that you have something to compare when you do the other side. That’s actually one of the greatest learnings you can ‘take’ from these lessons… really learning to identify YOU in relation to the floor, and the space you’re enmeshed in…

like a fish, surrounded by or enmeshed in water,

we are surrounded by “air” which we breathe in and convert to carbon dioxide.
