Take this one slowly and gently, we will again be lengthening delicate fascial lines (trains) through the spine - which we always are by the way!

There will be different variations in different positions - what could be the reason for that? What difference does it make to do the same movement face down, face up, on the knees, or in standing?? What differences do YOU feel these variables make?
Looking at the image above, I’m amazed at how people these images show the tailbone directly pointed to the floor when the shoulders tilt to the side… how likely is that to happen in EVERY body? What would be the point? We can talk about this tonight if you like.
