I know, the reading of this title could cause a response that is not favourable… however, this one is very very different. So different, I’ve changed the title to Back Lengthener. Yes, it’s part of the series, and I think Moshe read the people in the room (so to speak) and could see how many people’s backs were behaving so he threw this one in.

It might be a good idea to measure your Self before and after this one! There’s a lovely sense of getting really lllloooooonnnnng through the spine, which of course, we all know affects the rest of your body. All of it, breathing, lymphatics, blood circulation, organ function.. the whole kit and kaboodle… is that the right word?
