Tonight’s lesson is a continuation of last night’s with a bit of a diagonal twist, which makes it quite interesting.

It might help to think of the fascia wrapped around and through the spine, as it lengthens in all different angles to pull from the hands to the toes… and enjoy the after experience.

fascial lines can be though of as internal elastic, or resistance, bands.

PS I found my shoe.. it was in the section where I ran for the bus yesterday, it must have fallen out of my trolley which was very full with washing :)
