Circle with the hands and feet, and bending the body - THE WHOLE SELF
Another classic Feldenkrais lesson with bending and lifting and pressing and all the ands.
We have so many tools now to bring to these movements, I invite you to explore all the ways you’ve learned and really have some fun with this one… it’s definitely Asanga and Vita friendly.
Somehow the configuration reminds me of a platypus, so I’m calling this lesson the platypus bend - that title given makes no sense to me.
If you’d like to think of the starting position as the platypus you are more than welcome.. or a figure 8. Whatever floats your boat…

Apologies Megan, didn’t get this one organised til 8pm, I was busy on the streets of Elwood searching for a lost five-finger-shoe that dropped out of my trolley this morning. I think I’m going to have to post a photo with a reward for my right foot. It’s really strange, of all the possible emotions embarrassment is strongest right now.
