Marianne greets us with… one of her beautiful images:
and… her words…
“This lesson involves lying on the back with crossed legs and holding first one foot, then both and then challenges the student to come to sit.
As with all lessons it is important to remember “if you don’t take care of yourself no one else can” and to respect your comfort at all times… if necessary, do less or do the movement in your imagination only.
I repeated this lesson twice, the first time I did not complete the lesson, the second time I was able to do more of it, still not able to come to sitting holding my feet. Although, I felt much more stability in standing after the lesson, well supported by the connection of my feet with the ground.
I invite you to ask yourself if you are willing to make a commitment to only do the parts of this lesson that are truly easy and comfortable for you right now, please. The recording is here in the library, you can come back to it at any time. :)
Thank you.
Marianne.”
