This lesson progresses into what could be challenging, please take your time, be gentle and remember… your imagination is a powerful part of this method.

The words of wisdom from this lesson will come from between your ears rather than Moshe. Listen to your Self and sense in to your bones for guidance.

apologies, it’s a little grainy! Can you see how the two bones rotate AROUND each other? This then gives the feet room to move like fingers, on the outside, inside, heels, palms and toes. You’ll be invited to sense in to this rotation during today’s lesson.
