“Those who do it once with this foot and then once with that foot lose the opportunity to see what it does because when we move this leg it becomes different from the other. It will affect the shoulder and face on the same side. If it is done once here and once there, a person does not know what happened because, as you see, with most people, the memory of oneself is even worse than their control of movement. Afterwards, they completely do not know what happened to them. They think they know, but they do not know anything. When I say, “they,” I am talking about all of humanity, including myself.”

We continue the theme of last night’s lesson, and learning more about this little bone called the calcaneus (the heel bone):

I thought if you have a visual of the position of this bone, it’s size, shape and location it help you sense into your awareness a little deeper tonight. This is the bone we’re getting to know a little more personally :)

Remember it’s has a width, depth, height and length, and we mostly think of only the back of it. See how it acts as a base for the tibia?
