Yes, another standing lesson tonight, to assist us organise ourselves in a position we ‘spend’ quite a bit of time in… preparing meals, walking the dog, hanging out the washing, taking the rubbish out… we do a lot in the vertical position.
These lessons provide a way to sense in to how we distribute our weight over those two little areas called our feet which touch the ground in an effort to ‘hold’ all our body weight over these (relatively) tiny spots.
