If you haven’t received a good hug lately, tonight will give you a chance to experience one of your own.
It’s a lesson you’ve probably done numerous times before, and this time you might find you have some different tools to choose different ways to hug with. You’ll be prompted to really feel and sense in to your Self, to familiarise your Self with the way the ribs curve, where they start to narrow, their distance from each other and feel your hands from the inside of your torso at the same time.
