Tonight, please have two small-ish towels or pieces of fabric to place underneath the arm’pits’. We’re going to raise the floor to meet the armpits - fill the gap so that the arm-pivots (is what I’m calling them from now on) have something to connect with, for a sense of support. Props are often used in Functional Integration sessions for people to feel and sense what it’s like to connect with… something, and someone.

We continue our experiment with shifting awareness to different areas, to feel whether or not it changes the experience of the same movement - although, is it the same movement if we shift our awareness to different areas?? So many philosophical questions arise through this method, to keep the brain ticking :)

With this little exploration you’ll feel for your self whether they ‘work’ or not, I’d love to hear your feedback!
