This week seems to be a week of the classics, another bending lesson that integrates all of what we have been learning, this time from the side. We’ve developed a relationship between the abdominals and the lower back, now we’re bringing the Vitruvian man to life again with a different angel applying the same principle to a different position.
It could assist you to think of the length between the right and left sides as one side goes really long and the other contracts. Instead of lengthening and contracting the back and front of your body, you’ll be contracting and lengthening each side of your body.
