A beautiful lesson for the pelvis, and your whole body. This one involves crossing legs and rolling on to the back. We’re exploring balance, purely to see how we balance when we’re so close to the ground, and how that affects us in the upright.

That sense of rolling can be very child-like, and yet, many practitioners say these rolling lessons come from Moshe’s judo background… and his insistence that we know how to fall and land back on our feet when we do.
