Another classic Feldenkrais lesson awaits us tonight. It’s probably one you’ve done many times before… however, have you done it with your newfound awareness of your Self?

Very often returning to these lessons with a greater awareness completely changes the experience, it’s like doing the lessons for the first time.. again!
